Management

Close to nature, a lot of manual work, and very little use of machines due to the extremely steep slopes.

Vinification

Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks

Characteristics

Seductive, fruity, aromatic, soft and powerful, juicy acidity, reminiscent of Morello cherry, marzipan, and violet.

Food recommendations

Ideal as an aperitif and with appetizers, pairs well with white meat dishes, pizza, pasta dishes, and fish.
